We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as of the effective date of this Policy.

  • Claim & property details: loss type, claim status, deductible, rooms affected, dates (if provided)
  • Uploaded documents and media: policies, estimates, letters, invoices, photos, measurements, reports
  • Messages & support: communications you send us, feedback, survey responses

B) Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages/screens viewed, clicks, time on page, feature usage
  • Device & technical data: IP address, browser/device type, operating system, referral URLs
  • Cookies & similar technologies: used for login/session, analytics, and performance

C) Information from Third Parties

  • Analytics providers and service providers
  • Vendors you choose to interact with through the Service (e.g., status updates, if enabled)

If you use a vendor-sharing feature:

  • We share your information only with the vendors you select or authorize
  • We may share a "case snapshot" (contact details + claim basics + specific documents you choose to include)
  • Vendors are independent third parties; their privacy practices are their own
